It’s hard to believe, but here we are at the end of another year! Time has flown by, and looking back, we’re grateful for each moment spent making a positive impact. As we close out the year, let’s reflect on all we’ve achieved together and the momentum we’re building for what’s next.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
As we wrap up this year, we couldn’t be prouder of our remarkable partners and dedicated team. Together, we’ve achieved some inspiring milestones, creating meaningful projects over the past 12 months.
Whether it was:
- Championing high-quality, best-practice solutions for conservation with Blue Carbon,
- Developing the accessibility of Natural Capital measurement to secure greater investment into our natural world,
- Raising standards and transparency in the seafood farming market,
- Driving innovation in sustainable packaging to encourage adoption and fairer standards, or
- Expanding English learning opportunities for refugees, asylum-seeking, and migrant communities.
Each project has reinforced our commitment to making a positive impact, and it’s been a joy to support such important work alongside passionate collaborators.
This year, we’re thrilled to have embraced changes that strengthen our purpose:
- Offering new pro-bono services for smaller local organisations doing inspiring work,
- Volunteering within our community to give back locally,
- Supporting our team’s well-being with an extra day off every fortnight,
- Continuing our education and becoming carbon-literate certified, and
- Holding ourselves accountable on our B-Corp journey, aiming for certification in the new year.
With so much progress, we’re also feeling especially grateful for the essentials we’re fortunate to have—food on our tables, our health, and the well-being of our team and families.
In the spirit of giving back, we’ve made a donation to Caring in Bristol, a charity dear to us, to help them provide warmth and safety for those in need this season.
